Guidelines for Parents When Hiring a Babysitter/Nanny
When it comes to entrusting the care of our children with other people, for that matter, people we do not know well, the upmost importance must be taken in verifying these people are good and decent, and will properly care for our children and keep them safe. This task should not be taken lightly. The safe guarding of our children is a huge responsibility and is our job, no one else's, as a parent. When it comes to interviewing potential caregivers your main focus should be the safety of the child and your home. Do not worry about possibly offending the applicant by asking tough questions during the interview process. An applicant that truly has a child's best interest at heart will understand the need for protective parents and appreciate your efforts to keep your children safe.
